I did not originally plan to create Sabbaticalling.com.

Actually, I planned to go mostly off-the-grid. But a few friends convinced me that documenting my story would be cool and might inspire people.

I assumed I'd have to pay for Squarespace ($150) or use Wordpress (which I dislike).

But I got really lucky.

Because I stumbled onto this handy website builder, and bingo – it has everything I wanted...

"Hmm...maybe I'll record this?"

Anyone who knows me knows... lately I've been geeking out on making explanation and training videos. They're quick, easy, and usually far more useful than typed text or soon-fogotten verbal instructions.

And so I did.

Here's the deal:
